RETURNS

At McWhirter Supply we want our customers to be happy with their purchase. We have skilled and knowledgeable product specialists to assist you with the product you purchased. Due to each item being customized to the dimensions of your vehicle make and model we are unable to accept returns for reasons other than manufacturer defect. In the unlikely event there is a defect, please call our customer service department within 30 days of the purchase date. McWhirter Supply cannot be held responsible for items ordered incorrectly due to information given to us. Please review your order carefully before submitting it to us.

You may reach us at 980-226-5540, Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am until 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. Our customer service department is closed Fridays.

Items damaged in shipment by carrier must be reported to McWhirter Supply within 10 days of receipt of item. If this condition is met, we will be able to file a claim with the carrier and issue a credit to your account. Otherwise, we cannot be responsible for your credit.

We recommend that you inspect your merchandise as soon as you receive it.

LIMITED WARRANTY

McWhirter Supply warrants its products to be free from defect in material or workmanship. If your Hatchbag product should prove defective from either of these, it may be returned to the factory for inspection. At our discretion it will be repaired or replaced.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

In-stock items are shipped within 24 hours (business days only). For items not in stock, allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. Please give a street address when placing your order.

We ship UPS Ground and FedEx Ground to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

For Alaska, Hawaii, APO and International addresses we ship U.S. Postal Service priority mail. For these orders please call 980-226-5540 for shipping cost. These rates are based on weight and zip code.

Our ground shipping rates for the 48 contiguous U.S. states are based on dollar amount of your order and will be automatically added to your online order. These rates are as follows:
