Here's What Our Customers Have to Say

I just installed this new HATCHBAG (www.hatchbag.com) in the X5, which I use to haul my greyhound around. After a day running on the beach, she brings a lot of sand into the car. The Hatchbag makes cleanup a snap. This is how it looked after the iniital installation. I was able to work the wrinkle out of it by adjusting the velcros and installing locking tabs. http://rides.webshots.com/photo/2283203480038884788ScdDNw

I purchased your liner in 1993 for a 1993 2500 4x4 Suburban. It's still in use. We have not been kind to this product. It's been in this truck 24 and 7. To date there are no tears, no sewing problems, and I even had an upholstery shop cut holes in it for the cargo hooks and rear air conditioning vents! It's been high pressured washed literally hundreds of times. It made on trip to Alaska and back with 2,000 pounds of cargo on top of it. I've piled hundreds of pounds of lumber, quickcrete, shovels, picks, air compressors, tiller, lawn mowers, one refrigerator, and who knows what else on it and it maintains its shape. If you pile hundreds of pounds of stuff on the liner it has to come off. I usually drag it off since I work alone most of the time. The back of this 185,000 miles Suburban still looks new. That's why I bought this product. I don't see any reason why it would not go another ten years! By the way, I bought another Suburban today. Looks like I need another Hatchbag. A closing note the 1993 Suburban and Hatchbag are still in service.

I have owned a Hatchbag installed on my 1999 Ford Explorer since the SUV was new. The last few summers the intense Texas summer heat has caused the Velcro fasteners to become unglued from the plastic interior. The bag no longer is attached and does not offer the protection it once did. I have tried to re-glue and have had no success. Could you sell me the loop strips and a cleaner that will allow me to continue to enjoy my Hatchbag? I have not been able to buy the loop side fasteners locally. I vaguely remember the Hatchbag came with an install kit, that is what I need. How much for the kit?

Thank you

J. P.

Thank you for the replacement Velcro attachments (at no cost) to reinstall the Hatchbag in my Explorer. It worked great and the cargo area is not only protected again but looks great too. Your company's customer service is awesome.

Dear Sirs,

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for the new Sherpa rooftop carrier I received as a replacement for my damaged carrier. In this day of consumer skepticism it is reassuring to know that there are still businesses you can believe in. If I have any opportunity to refer business your way, you can be assured that I will do so.

Sincerely,

Dear Hatchbag Inc,

My dad recently got a new car and got a hatchbag to go inside. We have dogs, and in his old car the dogs would get the car dirty, but not now. The Hatchbag keeps the car clean, good smelling, and looking new. I think the hatchbag is wonderful, and my dad does too. We've even recommended your product to friends. You've earned loyal fans, thank you. Please send us a business card, so we may always remember your company.

Thanks,

To The Hatchbag Co:

Thank you for the parcel you mailed to us with the updated info on the PetNet with additional 3M adhesives, cords and literature at "No Charge"!!!!

A typical American Company?? NO, but a superb American company!! Canadian firms have a lot to learn about how the "good Ol' American Company" can make customers satisfied. A kind voice, a pleasant phone manner, and a willingness to assist helps to put you "yanks" ahead of "canucks"!

Thanks again for your assistance & service. I'll sure pass your name on to interested parties, I'm sure I'll be ordering the cargo liner for my Yukon soon.

Sincerely,

J.L.

Dear Hatchbag!

Several years ago I purchased a Hatchbag for my 1994 S-10 Blazer 4 dr. It has been great! My Labrador Retriever "Hershey" has really enjoyed being able to go for a swim and not have to worry about messing up the interior.

Due to the wear and tear of two toddlers, along with "Hershey's" loose fur sticking to the Velcro, our Hatchbag isn't staying in place like it once did. I am writing to inquire about obtaining replacement attachments as well as cords to hold the PetNet in place. I basically need all new attachers. The vinyl and net have held up remarkably well!

I would also like some information on purchasing a new Hatchbag. Next summer we are planning on purchasing a Chevy Tahoe. I would like to know if you have a model to fit this vehicle, [Yes we do] if there is, how I can order one and its approximate cost.

Thanks for the great product!

Sincerely,

K. B.
